These Terms govern your use of Grasp. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement
By downloading or using Grasp you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. What Grasp is
Grasp provides AI-assisted live translation, summaries, and an archive of your meetings. Translations and summaries are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on Grasp where an error could cause harm (legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical situations).
3. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
4. Subscriptions (Grasp Pro)
- Free tier: one 10-minute trial meeting.
- Grasp Pro: €7.99 / month or €49.99 / year (prices may vary by region), billed through your Apple account, auto-renewing until you cancel.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
5. Recording and consent — your responsibility
Grasp records and processes meeting audio. Laws on recording conversations differ by country and region; in many places you must inform and/or obtain the consent of everyone being recorded. You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consent and for using Grasp lawfully. Grasp shows a reminder before each meeting, but the legal responsibility is yours.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Grasp to break the law, infringe others' rights, record people unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
7. Your content
Your meetings, transcripts, and summaries are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process them to provide the service (for example, sending audio to our translation provider to produce the translation).
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and the Grasp brand are owned by BEEYONDAPPS TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks.
9. Disclaimers
Grasp is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that translations are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BEEYONDAPPS TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated translations or summaries. Mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live are not affected.
11. Termination
You can stop using Grasp and delete your data anytime. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye (Turkey), and the courts and execution offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
